My Name is Maria Agripina Beltran, however you can call me by my nickname Pina. My family is from Durango and Sinaloa Mexico, I am an immigrant daughter belonging to the first born generation of my family, here in Los Angeles, California.  Asi que hablo, leo y escribo 100% en español.  I have lived in California and in Ensenada, B.C. Mexico understanding the culture, market, real estate and commerce of the regions; Which gives me an upper hand in supporting so many new families residential needs.

I have background in property management, business & office administration, sales & marketing. Where I have had the pleasure of working with people of all walks of life. I have found Real Estate to be one of the industries that tie all communities and people together and it is very rewarding to be of genuine help and value to others in this amazing process.

Outside of my work, You will always find me spending time with my family, cooking, gardening, enjoying a comedy show, music, art and everything related with personal development. I am very lucky to be in my early 40's which I find liberating and empowering; knowing I can now attribute more to the community with my life experience and strengths than ever.
